Class of '69 - 2015 Vegas Bash

We have about 30 persons signed up for our Vegas Bash in September.  Some of the earlier package deals are no longer available, so here is the latest and probably the final package offer.  Anyone deciding to head up with us after this Friday, will need to make their own air arrangements.  See the flyer below:

Remember, Package A2 is on Omni for the California Hotel and is only available until this Friday.  You will need to make your own airline reservations after that.  If you only need a room at the Orleans, select Package B which includes the activities fee.   If you already have a hotel or another place to stay, you will still need Package C, which covers all of the activities.  There will be no adjustments to the activities fee.  Attend one event or all, same amount, $60.

Tentative Bash Schedule

Wednesday, September 23
     6 am       HAL group check in at Honolulu Intl Airport
     7 am       HAL group departs for Las Vegas
     2:49 pm  HAL group arrives and shuttles to the Orleans
     4 pm       HAL group checks in (evening on your own)
     Attendees on other airlines should be arriving in the late afternoon

Thursday, September 24
     8 am       Breakfast "Ice Breaker" at Courtyard Cafe, Orleans
     9 am       "Scavenger Hunt" organized and explained to teams
     9:30 am  Slot Tournament
     8 pm       Hospitality Suite

Friday, September 25
     10:30 am   Bowling Tournament, Orleans Bowling Center
     5:30 pm     Banquet 0 RHS, MHS, and KHS (School colors)
                           Awards:  Bowling, Scavenger Hunt, School Colors
     10 pm        Hospitality Suite

Saturday, September 26
     9:30 am       Shopper Shuttle or Special Activities
     12:30 pm     Shuttle from/to next Shopping Mall
     4 pm            Shuttle return to hotel
     9 pm            Hospitality Suite  "Karaoke Night"

Sunday, September 27
     5:30 pm       Bell Trans Shuttle to Vegas Show?
     7:30 pm       Vegas Show (TBD)
     10:30 pm     Shuttle returns to Orleans
     9 pm           Hospitality Suite

Monday, September 28
     4 am         HAL group:  Bags left inside room for pickup
     6:30 am    HAL group departs Orleans for airport
     9 am         HAL group leave Las Vegas for HNL
     12:19 pm  HAL group arrived in Honolulu
      Attendees on other airlines will depart accordingly
