Name that graduate. Can you remember?

At our 60th birthday party held at the Oahu Country Club in August, we were divided into teams and challenged each other to name the '69 grads in the pictures.  Can you name them?
Two of them were at the party were at the party.

Special "Senior" Discount!

Okay, you can take "senior" two ways.  The first is that we were all Seniors from Kalani High School when we graduated in 1969.  The second ... has something to do with getting older.

Here is a special message from our Reunion Committee:

Aloha, Fellow Falcons -- Have you reached to big 6-0 yet?  If not, we will all be 60 by the end of this year, so let's celebrate together on Friday, August 12th, 5:30 pm at the O'ahu Country Club in Nu'uanu.  Just for you, we'll give you the special senior discount and waive the late fee.  Cost for the event (prime rib buffet) is just $50!

Please check out the flyer/registration form on our website (http://www.kalanihigh1969.org) and make it a point to join the celebration.  Print, complete, and mail the form along with your check made payable to Kalani Class of 69, in the amount of $50 (disregard the late fee amount of $60 on the flyer).

Please send the form and payment to:
                Kalani Class of 69
                c/o V. Ward
                98-505 Lulu Place
                Aiea, HI   96701

Please send registration form and payment by Monday, August 8 and email us to let us know you will be attending and the check is in the mail.

We have about 50 signed up so far and look forward to seeing you at the event !

Some things never go away ...

One thing that will never fade away is the spirit of a Kalani Falcon.  It is still there ... you might need to give it a little nudge once in a while, but it's still there.
Wake it up and make it a point to attend one of the alumni celebrations this year.  It is not too late!

Coming to our Oahu Country Club Bash?

Hey, whatever happened to our Senior Class Committee Chairpersons?
We need you now.  Please contact your committee members and have them sign up and attend our celebration at the Oahu Country Club on August 12th.  Golfers are welcomed to start earlier in the day and join everyone else for dinner.

Kalani OCC Birthday Bash Notice

Hi, Fellow Falcons -- Oops, sorry for the confusion on the registration form.  The novice flier maker couldn't get that golfer to stay put in the middle of the flier so the golf notice was placed at the top.

We want to emphasize that the buffet dinner is the main course -- prime rib, etc. for only $50!  Golf is only the appetizer.  Sooo, all you non-golfers (and golfers, too), this Oa'hu 60th birthday celebration is for you!

Please print and complete the attached registration form and submit with your
check ($50) made payable to :  Kalani Class of '69

Sign up today.  Late fee has been waived!  Deadline extended to July 30th

Looking forward to seeing you!

Joanne

Note:  You need to go to our website at: http://www.kalanihigh1969.org to download this form.

Wouldn't 69 be a fitting golf score?

Since those rumors that the Calientes would play
at the July 23rd birthday bash came through,
perhaps we should work on a new possibility.
What if a certain celebrity golfer decided to come
down and play with our alumni on August 12th?
How many strokes would he give?  Who would he play with?

Join your Kalani Class of 1969 alumni for our golf
experience on Friday, August 12, 2011 at the
Oahu Country Club, then join the rest of your classmates
at the our Pau Hana Buffet 60th Birthday Bash.
Contact Dave Dunham for details and to sign-up.
