Review, Re-check, Proof Read, Proof Read Again ... and still ...

Some refer to it as Murphy's Law while others blame it on carelessness.  At this stage in our lives, we can easily make reference to our age for mistakes and omissions.

Sorry for our age ... the date of our reunion banquet was not included in the sign-up sheet that we posted.  This version has the corrections.  The banquet will be held on Saturday, August 10th.

Contrary to what some people think, this is a Falcon, not an Owl.

We still have slots open for our golfing event at the Navy Marine Golf Course, so sign up with Phil.  And for the non-golfers or classmates who would like to take advantage of the 19th Hole get together after golf, please make it a point to drop by.  Great time to reminisce and talk stories before our Saturday banquet.

Come on down and join the group!

Kalani 2019 Graduation

On Tuesday, May 21, 2019, six members of our Class of '69 were given the VIP treatment at Kalani's Class of 2019 graduation ceremonies that were held at the University of Hawaii's Stan Sheriff Center.  Current principal and also a Kalani grad, Mitch Otani, has made it a tradition to invite graduates from 50 years ago to attend each year's celebration. (that sounds so long ago)

'69 Falcons who attended were:  Kathleen Otani, Lynn Nakamura Bryan, Deborah Coen Kula, David Kaneshiro, Deborah Pinzari Aikala, and Phil Wright-Van Alst.  It was a special treat for Phil because he wasn't able to attend our graduation ceremony that was held at the Waikiki Shell on June 8, 1969.

Go Falcons!!
