Yes, in 2013 we will all be reaching our 62nd year. For most of us, maturity has replaced the brashness of our youth and we treasure each year that passes. By 2016 we will be 69. Now that's a birthday that we should consider doing some seriously celebrating!
Along with some of our '69 classmates from Roosevelt and McKinley, a handful of us Falcons enjoyed a unique 60th birthday celebration in Las Vegas. Through specially planned group activities and a willingness to mix, we all enjoyed ourselves and made some great new friends.
Reunion representatives from all three schools have continued meeting since the trip and are planning one for 2013, our 62nd birthday bash. The group is looking a Vegas again, so check out the tentative dates and ponder on it ...
